This guy is a big blusterer. He keeps bragging about his cool motorcicle
and talking about his hugue mecha and how he's the best VM pilot
around.
In reality, he bullied his kid prodigy-nerd cousin into making for him
"the bigger VM with the bigger gun". The kid is a real good VM
programmer, but he was so tired of spending nights programing this
monstruosity and so afraid of not finishing it on time that he skipped
"some things"...
This is the guy that Isa fragged on her first fight. And he's really a
rather mediocre pilot. But wath the heck, now all NPCs have to be good!
