Isami was softly humming for herself as she deftly manipulated her VM's controls. Following her instructions, the Gatillo's lasers were cutting away a huge chunk of rock.
She changed tune, now singing an old nursery rhyme, while moving back and fort with the VM's arm the rock until she tore it free from the mountain's face. Then she started using the lightsabers to carve the block of stone on the saphe of a huge diamond.
When finished, she took the huge stone on her VM's arms, some 25 tons, almost the maximum the Gatillo could handle. Still huming, she took the air. She flew up to the arena's ceiling, some 2 clicks above the ground, and scanned the terrain below.
She found what she was looking for. An almost-undetectable rippling on the terrain. She set her image magnificator to the maximum resolution and centered a croshair on the terrain ripple. Then, she dove towards the crosshairs, adding the mecha's thrusters speed to that of gravity.
At some 200 feet, she broke of the dive, at the same time releasing the stone, point-down. With a terminal velocity of some Mach 1.2, the stone piramid fell with the strength of a naval-sized shell.
It impacted (CLANG!) right over "Rotten's" Death Panzer, disintegrating both energy shields and penetrating the turret's armor like a can opener, forcing the tank some 2 m into the ground (which also tore the treads out of the main hull, leaving them on the surface) and exiting through the tank's bottom.

Personal History:
Isami is the single daughter of a upper middle class family, her father being the owner of a small corp. (SMALL, you munchks! This is NOT Arasaka!!). She was haunted by bad luck from her very birth, when the car on which she and her parents were returning home from the hospital crashed on a not-yet-clear accident. As a result, her mother was killed, her father suffers from severe amnesia (13 years after the accident, he's only capable to remember his name and that of Isami) and she lost 90% of her vision. Today, she uses a powerful image magnificator on her VR helmet in order to be able to play VM. She can't use the same kind of system all day because of vertigo (although she do have a set of magnificator glasses if need arise), but she manages very well with her cane.
Isami grew up with her uncle's family, since her father's condition makes it impossible for him to live on his own. Her only childhood friend was her beloved cousin Bernie. (*) He was the one who walked with Isa clinging to his arm before she learned to use her cane. Both kids hero-whorship each other, her cousin being like a surrogate brother for Isa. She had to overcome some family oposition in order to be rid of overprotection, but most of the tensions have alreay eased themselves (she hopes).
Because of her father's condition, there has been several takeover attempts against his corp. Since he was declared inccompetent (Isami is technically the major shareholder right now), a conservitor was appointed for the family affairs, who tried to cheat them. Isami's uncle barely managed to recover the estate for her. Her uncle has now been appointed the conservitor of the family estate.
Later, it was discovered (alas, without decisive proof) that the man was bribed by the president of Boeing - Areo, the same one that her father once refused to sell his corp to. Isami has several strong suspictions (without anything to back them up at this time), and if she were to personally meet this man, she probably would say some very uncomplimentary things to him.
Right now, at her 13 years old, Isami is too young to be romantically involved, although she has managed to raise some attention among her VM partners. She's perfectly aware of this, but she's not offended. As she's very mature for her age, she's unlikely to fall with the first one to court her, but still she loves to inocently flirt. (Actually, she kind of likes Kojiro "Chiisai" after he defended her from a bully but she still thinks of him only as a very good friend). This could change in any direction depening on the campaign's course. When she's not on the VM arcade or at school, she fills her time with her biggest passion: old rare books. She can't read them, but she loves them anyways.
SPETIAL NOTE: Two of the "Girlfriend" character template's skills, Driving and Shadowing, were changed because they would not be apropiate for a blind character. This PC comes a bit over-skilled, but the player taking her can think of the extra skill points as a compensation for the handicap of the character's blindness
