Physical Description: 

5'0", 90#.  Messy medium brown hair, Glasses so thick no one has ever sen his syes to determine what color they really are.
Personality: 

Sneaky and deceptive.  This guy is a professional snoop and gossip moger, and is totaly unable to keep a secret!
Friends: 

Everyone knows him... But no one really considers him their 'friend'
Enemies: 

Knights of the Wind..  He once fast talked their best designer into creating a VM that made Ronnies Deathpanzer look like a toy. Fortuanly, fast work on the part of their friends kept it from falling into ronnie's hands. 

Relatives: 

Both Parents are believed to be deceased.  Lives with his Uncle, name unkown, who covers events on GEO Island for 'a major metorpolitan newspaper'. 

Personal History: 

Offically on the RLA's rosters, but seemingly never on campus. This is because he spends a lot of his time hanging around the other schools and arcades acting as a spy to keep "Rotten" up to speed on what his enemies are up to. Addicted to gossip and the Supernet, blind as a bat without his thick glasses.
