The "VM Builder's" basic frame
By adding to this basic frame 45 CP (before the -x0.1 f Hot Powerplant)
of pre-made add-on options or multipliers, you get your own, "custom"-built,
150 CP Stock Newbie VM.
The program, of course, has several "bugs", one of which is that
the shield, if removed from the VM design, or if you run the crack,
can't be placed again! (this is because it is, really, a bit too
heavy for the arm to use and the check routines would jump if
you were trying to install it). (*)
Options That Take The Full Cost:
Transformation: Hybrid, plus two of Damage Control (flares and
smoke) and/or Micromanipulators
Transformation: Beast, minus the Sword and Hands (rifle becomes
torso-mounted, shield Head-mounted, Triceratops style), plus 3x
Arms-and-Head-mounted Drills (+2.5 Tn) and any 5 CP option
Transformation: Figther
Hot Overcharged Poverplant plus Damage Control (flares and smoke)
or Micromanipulators, plus any 5 CP option

(*) This is done intently. This builder is so /lame/ that to have
a "useful bug" on it seemed proper. Besides, I like the Medium
Shield for the Medium mecha :)

(***) These options actually "cheat" by a fraction of a CP up or
down. More "bugs" of the building program.
(*4*) So the Interservo Linkage is available for newbies only as
part of a pre-set option -if you crack the buider, forget it.
(*5*) I know, I know, it would be neccesary to buy 2 linkages.
Lets look the other way for once.
(*6*) Enormous waste of points, probably.
